There. I’ve said it.
I used to think meditating was boring, but have now jumped on the meditating bandwagon. 😛
Why the change?
This started out as an experiment on an Abraham Hicks cruise when Abraham said:
“Just meditate and see what happens”.
So I did.
Not for money, or a new love, but just to align with my inner being and get in the receiving mode.
Yes. Because everything you’ve ever wanted already exists on a vibrational level and all you need to do to let it in, is let go of the resistance!
(I explain about resistance pretty damn succinctly here!)
And boy oh boy, meditating really is the quickest way to do that.
Appreciation is the other way to do it.
(Easy when you’re on a sunny beach, not quite so easy when your boss is being a jerk).
But guess what?
We’ve all heard that gratitude is key – and it is.
The more you focus on what you appreciate, the more you will have to appreciate.
So it really is worth looking for at least 5 things to appreciate the minute you wake up in the morning.
Even if it’s just that the sun comes up every day, or how much you love your socks!

This is about getting into alignment with your inner being and what you wish to manifest.
And meditating is really easy.
You’re just giving your monkey-mind brain a rest to stop the resistance!
And it only takes 10 – 20 minutes a day.
